Since In-Bay Automatics are typically unattended it’s imperative to have signage that: 1) promotes your wash, 2) drives customers to your top package, and 3) gives clear instructions that are easy to follow.  Signage that promotes your wash should include: the type of wash you have, what features you offer, and when you’re open.  You can drive customers to your top wash by promoting the products in the top wash as they drive up and having easy to read lit and unlit menus that show the differences in the wash packages.  Finally, you want clear instructions as to where the entrance and the exits are, what the max clearance of the wash is, and what vehicles and items are not allowed in the wash.
